When and how will I receive payment for my gigs?

After the completion of your gig, payment is processed within 7-10 days. Once the payment is processed, the amount will be transferred to the payment method you provided. Please note that the transfer may take an additional 24 hours to reflect in your account.

To ensure a smooth payment process, you will receive a notification via email within 24 hours of completing your first gig. This email will prompt you to provide your payment information securely through the platform. It is important to provide the necessary payment details promptly to avoid any delays in receiving your earnings.

Once you have submitted your payment information, subsequent payments will be processed using the same method, unless you update your payment method by notifying Creative Xchange  support.
